Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products on our site may be offered as preorder or backorder items ahead of their ship date. This policy explains how those work.

Canceling a Preorder or Backorder

You may cancel a preorder or backorder item at any time before it ships by contacting us at CustomerService@raintreeandcompany.com with your order number. We'll issue a full refund for canceled items that haven't yet shipped.

Charges

Your payment method is charged at the time you place a preorder or backorder, not when the item ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Ship Date Changes

Expected ship dates are estimates and may shift. We'll do our best to keep you updated if a date changes significantly, and you may cancel for a full refund if a delay doesn't work for you.
